Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. in Cape Town is seeking an experienced F&B trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training for maritime hospitality teams. You will develop modules, mentor trainees, and ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in hospitality or cruise ship.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality or F&B service.
• Certified South African ID and based in Cape Town.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills.
• Ability to deliver structured training in classroom and practical environments.
• Knowledge of maritime hospitality standards is an advantage.
