This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for service quality, and the ability to support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations, staff training, and upholding the hotel's high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations, including restaurant service, bar operations, and room service, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Train, coach, and motivate F&B staff to deliver outstanding service and adhere to hotel standards.
• Manage guest requests and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
