Job summary

The Capital Hotels & Apartments in Sandton is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily operations across the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Functions. You will supervise front-of-house and act as second-in-command to the F&B Manager when needed.

Ideal candidates hold Matric, a Hospitality qualification, and 1–2 years of supervisory F&B experience, with a hands-on, guest-focused approach and calm under pressure to uphold service excellence.

Description:

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities for the Restaurant, Bar/s, Room Service, Conferencing and Functions at the Hotel. The position is primarily concerned with two main functional activities: supervision and front of house. The F&B Supervisor is second-in-charge to the F&B Manager and takes charge and runs the F&B operations in the absence of the F&B Manager.
