Job summary

The Capital Hotels & Apartments in Ballito is seeking a Waiter to provide exceptional guest service in the Restaurant, Room Service and Function areas. The role focuses on front-of-house duties and stock management, performed in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a friendly and professional team.

Ideal candidates will have Matric and prior restaurant experience, a calm under pressure, and strong communication.

Description:

The Waiter is responsible food and beverages in the Restaurant, Room Service and, if required, Function areas in a friendly, fast and efficient manner. The position is primarily concerned with two main functional activities: front of house and stock.
