Placements24 seeks a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth in Midrand and the Gauteng region. You will manage key accounts, grow market share, and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG sales, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and a willingness to travel within Gauteng. A Marketing/Business Admin degree is preferred, with a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

5+ years of FMCG sales experience.
Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas and develop strategic sales plans.
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with CRM for sales tracking and reporting.
Willingness to travel within Gauteng; valid driver's license.
Degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to hit targets in the assigned territory.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts for retention.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
Conduct market research on competitors, trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure product delivery and support.
