Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented FMCG Supply Chain Specialist to join our Mossel Bay operations in Western Cape. You will oversee inventory control, optimize logistics, and collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in SCM and has 3+ years of FMCG supply chain experience, with strong data analytics and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle). This on-site role offers growth in a dynamic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably FMCG.
• Experience with inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
• Proficient in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and analytics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory to meet demand and minimize costs.
• Coordinate movement of goods from suppliers to DCs and customers.
• Develop and implement logistics and transportation strategies.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
• Maintain robust inventory management systems and procedures.
