Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Supply Chain Analyst for the Rustenburg area to optimise supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely product delivery across the distribution network. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, SQL, and BI tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

You will enhance inventory management, improve logistics, and support strategic decision-making within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain analysis or similar analytical role.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in FMCG or distribution environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities using data.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for supply chain operations.
• Forecast demand and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and operations to streamline processes.
• Support deployment of new supply chain tech and systems.
• Prepare regular performance, cost, and service reports.
• Assist in long-term supply chain strategy and network design.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance in North West region.
