Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of FMCG experience in a supply chain analytics role.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel/SQL/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvements in inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts with sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor inventory across locations and adjust to minimize stockouts and excess stock.
• Optimize routes and costs with logistics providers for timely delivery.
• Support implementation of supply chain technologies and systems.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics and cost analysis for management.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales to ensure smooth flow of goods.
