Pillango Placements is seeking a hands-on growth management professional to coordinate across production, supply chain, equipment, training, quality and client operations. You will connect internal teams with client site stakeholders, ensuring each location is prepared and launched successfully.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management or operations, with experience in large-scale rollouts and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' project management or operations experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale or multi-site rollout projects.
• Experience within FMCG, food and beverage, hospitality, franchise, retail or distribution environments.
• Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating logistics, equipment installations and/or training across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage several workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to client sites.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification advantageous.
• Coffee or roasting industry experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master rollout plan across all sites.
• Coordinate site onboarding from confirmation to go-live, including equipment installation and stock deliveries.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align capacity, stock and operations with the rollout plan.
• Coordinate site training, operating standards and quality compliance with QA.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, manage communications and escalations.

Job description

This is a hands-on growth management role requiring strong coordination across production, supply chain, equipment, training, quality and client operations. You will be the central point connecting internal teams with the client's operational and site-level stakeholders, ensuring each location is properly prepared and successfully launched.

Key Responsibilities

• Rollout Planning & Project Management Develop and manage the master rollout plan across all sites, structuring implementation into manageable phases. Track progress, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies to keep the rollout on schedule.
• Site Onboarding & Implementation Coordinate each site from confirmation through to go-live, including equipment installation, initial stock deliveries, training and sign-off. Resolve implementation challenges quickly to avoid delays.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate production, roasting, warehousing, supply chain, equipment, sales and account management teams to ensure capacity, stock and operational requirements support the rollout plan.
• Training, Standards & Quality Coordinate site training, implement operating standards and monitor compliance with brewing, equipment and food safety requirements. Work with Quality Control to address recurring issues and improve rollout processes.
• Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary day-to-day project contact for the client, managing communication, expectations, escalations and reporting. Track issues through to resolution and incorporate lessons learned into future rollout phases.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years' project management or operations experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale or multi-site rollout projects.
• Experience within FMCG, food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, franchise, retail or distribution environments highly advantageous.
• Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating logistics, equipment installations and/or training across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage several workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong reporting, tracking and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualification in Project Management, Operations, Business or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification advantageous.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to client sites.
• Coffee or roasting industry experience advantageous but not essential.

Key Measures of Success

Success will be measured against site rollout timelines, onboarding turnaround times, training completion, equipment and stock delivery performance, issue-resolution times, quality standards, client satisfaction and overall project budget adherence.

The salary is open for discussion. It will be market related based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
