Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles in FMCG (Sales Managers to Sales Representatives).
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent.
• Screen and interview to assess sales acumen and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with FMCG clients and understand their talent needs.
• Source candidates via networks, events, job boards and direct outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specs and manage interviews.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding for hires.
• Stay informed on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
