Placements24 in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles including marketing, sales, operations and supply chain.

You will build sourcing strategies, conduct in-depth interviews, and manage offers while partnering with FMCG clients to secure top talent. A proactive, results-driven recruiter with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant with a focus on FMCG.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for FMCG roles across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and talent landscape.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tech.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for FMCG roles including sales, marketing, operations and supply chain.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across channels.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders within FMCG client organisations.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding for successful candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development for critical roles.
• Stay updated on FMCG industry trends and their talent implications.
