Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets in Gauteng, with Sandton focus
• Lead and mentor a large team of regional sales managers and reps
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
• Maintain strategic relationships with major retailers and distributors
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and supply chain for execution
