Job summary

Ad Talent Africa is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee a multi-province territory across Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West within the confectionery and sweets sector. You will design coverage plans, lead field teams, and ensure strong customer relationships and reliable service delivery.

You will optimize routes, manage travel, and collaborate with finance and logistics to forecast demand, control credit, and expand wholesale channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SA FMCG field sales with multi-territory responsibility.
• Experience across Limpopo, Mpumalanga or North West trade routes and wholesale networks.
• Valid driver licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design three-province coverage plans for Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West.
• Optimize visit frequency and travel routes to balance cost-to-serve and availability.
• Grow cash-and-carry, independent wholesale, spaza and general-trade customers.
• Coach field teams remotely, using clear scorecards and market visits.
• Forecast demand, reduce stockouts and manage collections with finance and logistics.
