You will be responsible for supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to support the company's operational needs and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and experience within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods and services according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers, ensuring they meet ethical, quality, and financial requirements.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure supply continuity.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contracts effectively.
• Monitor market trends and commodity prices to anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and cost fluctuations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Production, Finance) to understand their procurement needs.

Requirements
