Our client, a leading name in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is seeking a highly capable and experienced Operations Manager to oversee their manufacturing and distribution facilities in Durban . This critical role demands a strategic leader focused on optimizing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operations, from procurement and production to logistics and inventory management, ensuring seamless delivery to customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational management within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all daily operations, including production, warehousing, logistics, and inventory control in Durban .
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
