Job summary

IQVIA in Namibia is seeking a Mass Market Representative to drive visibility and availability of consumer health products across mass market outlets. This contractor role suits a results-driven individual with strong field execution skills and a background in FMCG or Mass Market channels.

You will visit channel outlets, deploy POSM, support activations, and report on sales, stock levels and market activities while building relationships with distributors and retail partners in the area.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field; degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ Mass Market/FMCG experience.
• Retail pharmacy experience essential.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Resident of the country in scope and eligible to work there.

Responsibilities

• Visit channel-specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.
• Deploy company POSM across assigned outlets.
• Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.
• Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.
