Job summary

Placements24 seeks an FMCG Financial Analyst to support operations in Paarl. You will deliver insightful financial analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and translate data into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

The role requires a strong foundation in finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to optimize financial performance and drive sustainable growth for the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of FMCG financial analysis experience.
Strong financial accounting, modeling, and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Excel and SAP/Oracle.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports with variance to budget and forecast.
Support budgeting and forecasting for departments and projects.
Develop financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for decisions.
Assist in preparing financial presentations for senior management.
