Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to work closely with FMCG clients, understanding their objectives and investment decisions to identify opportunities and drive ROI with our analytics tools.

You will build client relationships, lead Joint Business Plans, track success through NPS and ROI metrics, and collaborate with commercial teams to deliver data-driven insights across Retail Measurement and Consumer Panel services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analyzing data in FMCG environments.
• Strong planning and servicing skills.
• Experience of working with clients to solve business issues.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstration of how to design solutions to answer client business issues.
• Consultative style of working.

Responsibilities

• Earn client trust and build relationships; manage critical communications.
• Lead Joint Business Plan processes and align objectives.
• Lead ROI-focused opportunities and track success metrics.
• Own NPS process and ensure client satisfaction.
• Leverage NielsenIQ tools to deliver thought leadership and execution.
• Identify opportunities and hand off to Account Development.
