Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Find sales leads and increase new business
• Gather market information on pricing and trends
• Attend to customer queries and complaints
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Stock rotation and product care on shelf
• Manage customer credits and returns and reduce credits
• Assist telesales to secure orders on time
• Supervise merchandisers at store level
• Improve delivery turnaround through relationships
• Provide regular reports (formal and informal)
