Responsibilities

• Find sales leads and grow new business.
• Gather market pricing and trend information.
• Attend to customer queries and complaints.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure shelf care, stock rotation and expiry management.
• Manage credits/returns and drive credit-reduction strategies.
• Support telesales to secure orders on time.
• Oversee merchandisers at store level.
• Improve product delivery turnaround through relationships.
• Provide regular reports, both formal and informal.
