Floor Manager - Role Overview

This exciting new restaurant will celebrate the farm-to-table philosophy, showcasing carefully sourced local produce with a strong emphasis on premium lamb dishes. The restaurant aims to deliver a warm, authentic dining experience that highlights quality ingredients, exceptional hospitality, and a genuine connection between guests and the food they enjoy. The Floor Manager will play a vital role in the successful launch and day-to-day operation of the restaurant. This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, maintaining high service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. Working closely with management, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service, developing staff, and establishing a positive culture within the restaurant.

Floor Manager - Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

• South African ID, valid work permit, or legal right to work in South Africa.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Floor Manager, Restaurant Manager, Duty Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Previous restaurant management experience is essential.
• Experience within quality dining, premium casual, or upscale restaurant environments preferred.
• Experience with restaurant openings or launches will be advantageous.
