Job summary

TWK Agri in Hoedspruit, Limpopo, is seeking a Floor Advisor to provide expert guidance on agricultural machinery, equipment, parts and related products on the sales floor.

You will manage stock, merchandising and customer service, assist customers with enquiries and recommendations, and support stock checks and store operations, with occasional overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 (required).
• Related qualification advantageous.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery, equipment, parts, and related products.
• General farming knowledge.
• Good sales and marketing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 08).
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Floor Advisor within the Trade division at Hoedspruit, Limpopo.

Job Summary

This role involves providing expert advice and support to customers on the sales floor, with a strong focus on agricultural machinery, equipment, parts, and related products. The Floor Advisor is responsible for stock management, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ordering, merchandising, and selling of stock
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
• Monthly control checks on stock (stock counting)
• Assisting clients in store
• Sorting and storage of goods
• Be willing to work overtime when required
• Adhere to Health & Safety requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• A related qualification (advantageous)
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery, equipment, parts, and related products
