The role requires strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work shifts including nights and weekends in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Flight Operations Officer or in a related aviation operations role.
• Solid understanding of flight planning software, meteorology, and air traffic management principles.
• Knowledge of international and local aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
