You will work with flight crews, maintenance, and dispatch teams to manage schedules, monitor weather, and handle contingencies in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or degree in Aviation Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight operations, dispatch, or a similar aviation role.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and flight planning principles.
• Proficiency with flight planning software and operational control systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize flight routes, considering weather, fuel, and ATC restrictions.
• Prepare and brief flight crews on flight plans, NOTAMs, and weather forecasts.
