Work from home with flexible scheduling and a fully remote environment. Candidates must hold a valid Flight Dispatcher license, proven industry experience, and strong knowledge of aviation weather, procedures, and software tools.

Qualifications

• Valid Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Flight Dispatcher, preferably with a commercial airline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve flight plans considering weather, ATC, aircraft performance and operational requirements.
• Monitor flights in progress and provide updates on weather, ATC, and operational changes.
• Issue flight releases and ensure all documentation and clearances are in place.
• Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance, and ground operations to manage pre-flight or in-flight issues.
• Assess operational risks and make informed decisions regarding flight safety and viability.
• Maintain detailed records of all flight operations activities and communications.

About the Role

This role is absolutely critical for the safe, efficient, and legal operation of flights, managing all aspects of flight planning and monitoring. You will be responsible for developing flight plans, monitoring weather conditions, assessing operational risks, and communicating essential information to flight crews and operational management. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise from home, contributing to seamless aviation operations. Key Responsibilities
