The ideal candidate has certification or degree in Aviation Operations or Flight Dispatch, strong knowledge of flight planning and meteorology, and proven experience in remote operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Flight Dispatcher or in a similar operational coordination role.
• In-depth knowledge of flight planning, meteorology, and air traffic control procedures.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, SACAA).
• Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
