Responsibilities

• Check orders against latest passenger figures in all relevant departments.
• Determine missing items and complete the assigned order.
• Coordinate loading teams on loading bay, on board the aircraft and on the apron.
• Handover checked and loaded orders to relevant cabin crew.
• Liaise with dispatch on last-minute changes and aircraft arrival/departure times.
• Advise cabin crew on equipment, food, packing and loading instructions, product and service changes.
• Complete flight paperwork in time; labels per airline schedule.
• Execute last-minute orders from airline representatives.
• Submit all flight documentation including logs and CCP records.

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will beresponsible for:

• Check the assigned order accordinglatest passenger figures in all relevant departments
• Conduct all necessary checks to determinemissing items
• Complete the assigned order in accordancewith operational times in place
• Co-ordinate loading teams on loading bay,on board the aircraft and on the apron
• Handover checked and loaded order torelevant cabin crew
• Liaise with dispatch department with regardsto last minute changes and actual arrival and departure times of aircrafts
• Advise cabin crew on equipment, food,packing and loading instructions, product and service changes
• Complete all flight paperwork in good timeas scheduled. Labels must be done as per schedule for each airline.
• Ensure successful execution of last minuteorders from airline representatives
• Complete and submit allflight documentation including flight logs and CCPrecords(Dispatch temperatures)
• Ensure on time and accurate departure ofcatering to all flights.
