Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (NQF level 6) in Finance, Fleet Management, SCM or Economics
• At least 2 years’ pricing, costing or procurement experience in a fleet environment
• Knowledge of pricing models and tender requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and client relationships
• Prepare and present pricing options and tender analyses to internal stakeholders
• Interpret tender scope and specifications and obtain quotes from suppliers
• Collaborate with operations, procurement and finance to align pricing with internal processes
• Develop and present profitability analyses and cost/price scenarios
• Monitor market price trends and update costing models as needed
• Attend project meetings and support client requirements to ensure contract delivery
• Maintain relationships with clients and service providers to stay ahead of price changes
