You will lead a small team, coordinate with service providers, monitor maintenance, fuel usage, and cost control while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management or logistics
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Proficiency in reporting and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of fuel management and fleet management software
• Good understanding of vehicle legislation and compliance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet activities and vehicle allocations
• Optimise fleet utilisation to support operational priorities
• Monitor vehicle movements and maintain accurate fleet records
• Manage preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and legally compliant
• Handle vehicle licences, registrations, permits, and inspections
• Respond efficiently to breakdowns and operational disruptions
• Monitor fuel consumption and investigate irregularities
• Analyse operating costs including fuel, maintenance, and tolls
• Support cost-saving initiatives and budget management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Lead and support a small operational team through performance management and compliance
