The role requires Matric and ongoing accounting studies, advanced Excel, SAP proficiency, and willingness to travel and work overtime. Strong admin and interpersonal skills are essential, with a preference for candidates in the West Rand area.

Qualifications

• Matric with accounting studies advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

• Residents of West Rand or surrounding areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly asset-related reports and maintain the asset register.
• Create asset numbers and process acquisitions.
• Handle asset disposals and transfers.
• Reconcile fixed asset GL accounts and maintain asset fuel/lease registers.
• Perform asset verification and tagging.
• Assist auditors during year-end and interim audits.
• Support ad hoc accounting/admin tasks as required.
