Job summary

Hire Resolve seeks an experienced Financial Manager for a leading FMCG corporate client in Cape Town. You will own financial integrity across high-volume operations, focusing on fixed assets, IFRS lease accounting, and ERP roll-overs in Syspro.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, board packs, and budget analysis, with a leadership role in audit coordination and risk management. Hybrid work arrangement with relocation planned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial management/senior accounting experience.
• SAICA/SAIPA articles advantageous.
• In-depth IFRS knowledge and strong financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• OverseeMonthly management accounts and board packs.
• Manage fixed asset and lease accounting including depreciation/impairment.
• Direct instalment sale accounting and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end ERP roll-over procedures in Syspro and post key journals.
• Oversee insurance broker relationships and risk management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
