Placements24 is seeking a motivated Fitness Centre Supervisor for a popular fitness and wellness centre in Klerksdorp. You will lead the gym floor, supervise staff, promote memberships and help members reach their fitness goals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fitness centre or gym, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Certification in Personal Training is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of gym equipment, safety standards and exercise principles.
• Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and members toward fitness goals.
• Proficiency with membership management software and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise gym staff, including personal trainers and front desk personnel.
• Ensure the centre is clean, well-maintained and fully equipped.
• Assist members with equipment, program recommendations and inquiries.
• Promote gym memberships and fitness programs to clients.
• Monitor facility usage and drive member satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions and evaluations.
