Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition across varied domains including operations and technology.
• Experience with EVP and employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with high-growth fintech or digital tech environments.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet targets and build a talent pipeline.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and maintain active talent pools.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with policies.
