Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join its Product team, working across business domains in a fintech environment. You'll translate requirements into actionable solutions supporting the full product lifecycle.

Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, analyse processes, define business rules, and contribute to Agile delivery, testing, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–6 years in Business Analysis or similar roles.
• Experience in Financial Services/FinTech or Banking environments.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with testing, validation, and UAT processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements.
• Analyse current-state processes and contribute to future-state improvements.
• Define and maintain business rules and system configurations.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery: backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation within knowledge platforms.
• Support initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
