Job summary

nCino is seeking a client-focused analyst to run needs analysis workshops, translate requirements into structured deployment plans, and configure client instances in line with documented needs.

The role involves guiding clients from discovery through to a fully configured, live system, managing onboarding change requests, and coordinating with Sales, Account Management, and API Integration teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience.
• Understanding of JSON files.
• Attention to detail.
• Good people skills.
• Ability to extract information out of customers.
• Understanding of FICA.

Responsibilities

• Runs needs analysis workshops to gather and document client requirements.
• Translates client requirements into a clear, structured implementation plan.
• Configures each client's nCino instance in line with documented requirements.
• Conducts system walkthroughs with clients to demonstrate configured functionality and confirm it meets their needs.
• Manages change requests raised during onboarding, assessing impact on scope and timeline before incorporating changes into the build.
• Partners with Sales and Account Management on client handover and expectation setting.
• Liaises with API Integration teams where a client's implementation requires system integrations beyond core configuration.
• Acts as the client's guide from discovery through to a fully configured, live system.
