Job summary

nCino, the worldwide leader in cloud banking, seeks an experienced Salesforce-focused professional to join our team. You will design, configure, and optimize large-scale solutions for banking clients, guiding data transfers and ensuring security and compliance.

You will collaborate across teams, mentor others, and leverage AI tools to improve processes and deliver measurable value. Travel may be required. A strong background in Salesforce architecture and certifications is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s / Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications
• Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions
• Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools used to configure and extend nCino.
• Proposes solutions using Salesforce and nCino UX, and Security mechanisms to achieve requirements.
• Promotes cross-team collaboration focused on delivering product configuration for the end-user.
• Leverages AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations.
