Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst in FinTech or banking & finance.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Understanding of Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

This role is vital in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on improving financial products and services through data-driven insights and process optimization. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in defining requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with development teams to deliver cutting-edge financial technology solutions within the **banking & finance** domain. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, software development lifecycles, and analytical methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for new and existing financial products and services.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Map current business processes and design optimized future state processes.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, QA testers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and scenarios, and support UAT execution.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and other documentation to support project understanding and execution.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.

Requirements
