Job summary

Qualifications

• Based in South Africa
• Proven SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
• Experience selling to financial services is preferred
• Understand DIFC and UAE financial-services ecosystem
• Knowledge of family offices and financial institutions
• Strong account and prospect research skills
• Proficient using Google Sheets to organize data
• Experience using LinkedIn and other sources to identify decision-makers
• Clear, neutral English communication, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed account research to identify target companies, institutions, family offices and decision-makers
• Research DIFC-registered companies and understand their business activities and relevance
• Build and maintain accurate prospect and account lists
• Identify senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
• Personalize outreach based on research and prospect profiles
• Qualify prospects against target criteria
• Book qualified meetings for sales or advisory teams
• Maintain clean prospect data in Google Sheets and CRM
• Track outreach activity, responses, and outcomes
• Collaborate to improve targeting, messaging, and lead quality
