Responsibilities

Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and management reports.
Support investor reporting, audits and regulatory filings.
Maintain robust financial controls and governance across group and fund structures.
Assist with fund accounting activities, including capital calls/distributions and treasury management.
Ensure compliance across multiple African and international jurisdictions.
Collaborate with investment/operational teams on financial matters.
Contribute to finance system enhancements and reporting improvements.
