Job summary

A recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join a collaborative team in the Business Rescue sector. The ideal candidate will have a BCom in Accounting or Financial Management, at least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, and will be responsible for handling financial information and reporting. A salary range of R 20 000 - R 25 000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Matric qualification is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in distressed businesses and Business Rescue environments will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and organise financial information.
• Prepare financial information for analysis.
• Manage cash flow and prepare weekly dashboards.
• Compile and update asset lists and creditor claims.
• Ensure SARS compliance and prepare annual financial statements.

Our client is looking for a Financial Manager to join a collaborative team of professionals working in the field of Business Rescue. In this role, you will focus on the financial aspects of restructuring and turnaround processes. Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Minimum: BCom Accounting or Financial Management (or equivalent)
• Preferably completed or busy with SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA / AGA(SA) designation
• At least 5 years experience in finance or accounting
• Experience in distressed businesses, turnaround, or Business Rescue environments will be advantageous
• Law firm experience (advantageous)
• Driver license and own vehicle
