Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment in Stellenbosch is seeking a Financial Manager to lead accounting, cash flow and budgeting for the South African entity.

You will manage P&Ls for international entities, coordinate with banks and service providers, and drive cost control using Microsoft Dynamics to support group financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
• Experience with multi-entity/international accounts.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Strong knowledge of VAT, import costs, freight and exchange rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, expenses, VAT, banking and management accounts for SA entity.
• Prepare cash flow, budgets, forecasts and financial planning for the Group.
• Oversee cost and profit centres and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee import costs, freight, exchange rate movements and sales margins.
• Prepare management accounts and P&Ls for international entities.
• Manage financial reporting through Dynamics and liaise with international teams.
• Coordinate with external accountants, banks, insurers, freight forwarders and providers.
• Analyse costs and identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce expenses.
• Manage payroll processing and commission-related financial administration.
• Support VAT compliance across entities and countries.
