Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling.
• Degree in Accounting or Financial Management required.
• Experience designing and automating financial systems and processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; education sector experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate monthly accounting records and assist in management accounts.
• Design, implement, and optimise internal financial systems and processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.
• Support tax reporting, compliance with COIDA and CIPC.
• Assist with external audits and internal controls.
