Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or Financial Management (advantageous).
• 2-3 years' experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial and accounting functions.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts and other transactions.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up on payments.
• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
• Monitor income, expenses and cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
