Job summary

Network Recruitment International is seeking a Senior Financial Manager for a well-established Retail & FMCG group in Gauteng. The role owns the financial function, delivering accurate reporting, budgets, forecasts and robust controls.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business, lead a finance team, and drive cash flow management and strategic insights in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

10+ years in senior finance, strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in senior finance environment.
• Retail, FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls and management accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
