Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting and financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; strong Excel modeling skills.
• Excellent understanding of corporate finance and financial management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
