• FAIS compliance and clear criminal and credit checks.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience; preferably in sales.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a range of products to allocated market and achieve results.
• Provide quality customer service and identify opportunities for new business or retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and assess sales and market data to identify areas where business can be developed.
