Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid Driver's licence and Own Car.
• FAIS Compliance.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Presentations skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a range of products to a specific allocated market.
• Provide a quality service to customers and identify opportunities to secure new business.
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve problems.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions (technical or professional).
• Receive visitors and assist with requests for information.
• Enter information into the CRM system to enable customer retention and business development.
• Set clear objectives for sales calls and tailor materials for decision makers.
• Develop a relationship management plan for potential accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory codes.
• Monitor sales data to identify market opportunities and regions for development.
• Represent the organization at sector events and enhance visibility.
