Responsibilities include needs clarification, relationship development, market analysis, and compliant operations. The role requires Grade 12, a valid license, FAIS compliance, and at least three years in sales with strong communication

Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
Valid driver’s license and own car.
FAIS compliance with NQF Level 5 FSCA approved qualification.
Clear criminal and credit checks.
Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Presentations skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service while identifying opportunities for new business or retention.
Analyze problems to find best solutions, technical or professional in nature.
Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
Enter customer interactions into CRM to support follow-ups and data quality.
Set objectives for sales calls and tailor presentations to decision-makers.
