About the Role

Our client, a well-established commercial entity operating in Centurion, Gauteng , is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to become a key member of their finance team. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and compliance of financial records and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to relevant accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment runs, and collections follow-up.
• Assist with the preparation of audit files and support internal and external auditors.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes.
