Together Staffing group seeks a Finance Manager: Finance Operations for a reputable client in Johannesburg. You will lead AP and AR teams, manage debtors and creditors, drive policy development and risk management, and push continuous improvement across finance operations.

The role requires a BCom Honours or CA(SA), 10+ years in a large organisation, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will oversee month-end close, KPI reporting, and subscription billing processes, with exposure

Responsibilities

• Leading debtors (AR) and creditors (AP) functions and team performance.
• Credit risk management and trade debtors’ policies.
• Month-end close processes and compliance requirements (including BEE certificates).
• Subscription billing process improvements.
• Financial systems like Kerridge V21 (advantageous).
• Workflow automation and policy development/implementation.
• KPI management (collections %, unallocated %, open queries, age buckets).
